Mobile or Manager?

Once a successful business is created in the first territory, the more ambitious Mobile Engineer may want to expand and build a bigger business across multiple territories, by employing PC Engineers. Enter the Hub Manager!
In this business model, we help you to recruit and manage your team of engineers and roll-out the single model business across a wider area. It would also suit non-engineers who want to invest in the PC Repair business but won’t want to be the one repairing the PCs!

A Mobile Engineer will directly serve a population of around 180,000. If you work hard you could target around £35,000 turnover in your first year, £45,000 in your second year and £60,000 in your third year. Hub Managers will be able to bolt-on additional territories to the first Mobile Engineer territory as and when they expand. As soon as engineers are employed, additional PC PAL Management Training is undertaken. Each additional Mobile PC Engineer should contribute about £50,000 to £60,000 each to annual turnover.

Hub Managers can bolt-on additional territories for just £10,000 + VAT, giving exclusive marketing rights in a further 180,000 population. 'Marketing' and 'Engineer' bolt-ons can then be purchased as and when each area comes on stream, thereby improving cash-flow during the expansion phase.
 

Training and Support

PC PAL have partnered with the UK's leading provider of IT training courses and services, to carry out the internationally recognised CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training.

Our own PC PAL System Training Course is held at our Head Office where you will learn all you need to know to get your business up and running successfully. Our unique PC PAL Repair System is all about putting the classroom training into context in the real world. You won’t find this information anywhere else!
