5 steps to healthy homeworking 

There are some pain-free things you can do to make yours a healthy homeworking lifestyle.

You are what you eat, drink and do
Calling all homeworkers who want a few quick steps to being in peak condition.

1. Drink water
Good for the mind and body – try to drink at least 5 cups a day

2. Go for a walk
Head out to the streets, park, or the hills and take those legs for a stroll. Walking is also a great way to stimulate the mind.      

3. Dance or sing
There’s nothing better for the soul (and a good work break) than to treat yourself to  belting out a good song or a quick shake-your-hips round the office! Go on – no-one’s watching!

4. Have a hobby
Develop an interest outside of work. Maybe reading, learning a language or a photography course. This should stretch your mind and benefit the day job!

5. Snack-out
Munch on healthy snacks like a bowl of dried fruit, rice cakes or toasted pine kernels. Yum
