Summary

The Project
Facilities in Las Malvinas include several ballrooms, restaurant, wine cellar,
padel courts, polo, tennis and with views to the river, natural reserve and to
the lagoon.
The rural complex covers approximately 2.000 hectares, including eight
kilometres along the bank of the Samborombón river, with three bridges which
connect the different areas of the project. In the vicinity there are avenues,
boulevards, and paths for relaxing walks; there are stunning areas of eucalyptus
and other exotic century-old trees. The main objective for this project was to
create a complex that would blend in with the exuberant landscape and that would
be used by the family for generations to come. All the original buildings on the
plot, such as the traditional equestrian clubs were conserved.
The project is divided into several individual pieces of arable land with a
surface of 3.500 to 30.000 square metres. Each arable field is equipped with a
vegetable garden, horses, cows and sheep.
