The Project
El Metejón Campo Privado is a unique project that combines the traditional
features of the Argentina countryside with the amenities of a first-class
country club. Situated south of the province of Buenos Aires, in the district of
Vicente Casares, the development enjoys an ideal location, just 15 minutes from

hotel accommodation and leisure facilities.
The sale of the plots has been divided into different phases in order to achieve
an orderly development of the complex and avoid long construction periods. The
difference between phase one and two is primarily the views from the plots.
Phase I plots offer an excellent view of the polo fields and the lake, while
Phase two overlook only the polo fields.

Polo in Argentina
Argentina is an undisputed world epicentre of polo. The most prestigious
professional polo tournaments are held here, in Tortugas, Hurlingham and
Palermo. Unlike what can be expected, playing polo in Argentina is significantly
cheaper than in other countries in the world, in terms of tournament fees,
maintenance of horses, renting of stables, salaries of grooms, etc.
Polo in Vicente Casares
The cost of plots and houses at El Metejón Campo Privado, as compared to other
polo country clubs in the outskirts of the city of Buenos Aires, mainly the
northern region, the district of Pilar, is lower. This is due to the fact that
the district of Cañuelas, where the town of Vicente Casares is situated, is a
new polo area, currently undergoing a process of expansion, which is likely to
translate into a future increase in the price of property.
